There’s shopping to be done, gifts to wrap and trees to decorate. There are celebrations, parties, and get-togethers, and not always the time needed for a bouncy blowdry or creating Hollywood curls. So, we’ve put together four easy hair tutorials just in time for Christmas.

MESSY BUN HAIRSTYLE
Classy but casual, the messy bun is perfect for a chilled poolside Christmas brunch … all you need is 5 to 10 minutes! And like the perfect maxi dress, you can dress it up or dress it down for any occasion, and it will keep you cool and gorgeous as you ignore the heat and humidity!
Simple and easy to achieve, all you need is a few bobby pins, a hair elastic, some volumising spray, and hairspray.

How To: The Messy Bun
Step 1:

Using your fingers, comb JUSTICE Professional Smooth & Groom Endz Serum through dry hair to keep flyaways under control. For a bit of volume, lightly apply JUSTICE Professional Sea Salt Spray and scrunch it through your hair.
Step 2:
Pull your hair back into a loose high ponytail.
Step 3:
Twist your hair into a loose bun, and secure it with a hair elastic. Hide your ends under by tucking them under your hair tie or use a couple of bobby pins.
Step 4:
Carefully pull out a couple of pieces of your hair to frame your face and finish with JUSTICE Professional Workable Hairspray.

SLEEK PONYTAIL HAIRSTYLE
What’s not to love … a beautiful, timeless hairstyle that is the ultimate in sophistication and can be taken from the red carpet to dinner with friends or a summer pool party while still maintaining elegance. The Ponytail is adaptable - try it low or high, with a centre or side part or pulled back for a chic hairstyle.

How To: The High Pulled Back Ponytail
Step 1:

Apply a heat-protective serum such as JUSTICE Professional Argan Oil to keep flyaways under control and straighten your hair.
Step 2:
Divide your hair into two sections from one ear to the other and secure the front section with a clip.
Step 3:
Using a brush, tie your back section in a ponytail around eye level or higher.
Step 4:
Unclip your top section and lightly apply JUSTICE Professional Sea Salt Spray to your roots while combing it through with your fingers.
Step 5:
Pull your top section of hair back to join your ponytail, securing with another elastic. Take a small section of hair from underneath your ponytail and wrap it around to hide your elastic. Secure with a bobby pin.

How To: The Low Parted Ponytail Ponytail
Step 1:

Apply a heat-protective serum such as JUSTICE Professional Argan Oil to keep flyaways under control and straighten your hair.
Step 2:
Using a comb, create a centre or side part in your hair.
Step 3:
For a sleek pony, use a fine-tooth comb and a JUSTICE Professional Super Hold Gel to comb back your hair into a pony at the nape of your neck. Skip the Gel and use the fine-tooth comb to pull your hair back for something a little softer.
Step 4:
Take a small section of hair from underneath your ponytail and wrap it around to hide your elastic. Secure with a bobby pin.

BEACH TOUSLED WAVES
These are a favourite of ours because of their simplicity. Beach tousled waves are an excellent choice for long or short hair and are a great day-to-night hairstyle.

How To: Waves
Step 1:

Begin with freshly washed hair. Using your hands, apply JUSTICE Professional Curl Creme and comb through your hair.
Step 2:
Using your hands as a comb, blowdry your hair until you remove most of the moisture.
Step 3:
Separate your hair into three sections, and using our JUSTICE Professional Thermal Styling Brush, continue to blow dry your hair. Once completely dry, wrap each section of your hair around three fingers or a hair roller to create a pin curl. Secure with a clip and leave to cool.
Step 4:
Once your hair is cool, remove the clips and wrap each section of your hair around a curling wand - do one section at a time. Face your curling iron down and curl your hair around it. If possible, also twist your hair while curling for an added effect.
Step 5:
Lastly, flip your head upside down, apply a light spray of JUSTICE Professional Workable Hairspray to hold the curls, shake your hair and flip your head back up to reveal your perfectly beach tousled waves!

90's CLAW CLIP
If you grew up in the 90s you will fondly remember the claw clip - an old friend you haven't seen for a while, but when you catch up, it's like nothing's changed. And just like everything else in fashion and beauty, claw clips are officially cool again!

How To: Claw Clip Half Up Half Down
Step 1:

Section your hair by creating a centre part horizontally from ear to ear.
If you want the style to seem ‘effortless’, use your index fingers and meet at the back of your head.
If you’re after more of a sleek style, use the tail end of a comb to create a clean line.
Step 2:
Gather the hair from the top half and lightly apply JUSTICE Professional Sea Salt Spray to your roots then tease your hair to create volume and texture.
Step 3:
Twist your hair at the back of your head and secure it with your claw clip.
Step 4:
Pull out some strands in the front if you want a little softness around your face and finish with JUSTICE Professional Workable Hairspray to hold the style.
Don't have a claw clip or just aren't ready to travel back in time and embrace 'what's old is new'… check out this easy claw clip half up half down look – minus the claw clip!

So, whether you’re going out or staying in this holiday season, it’s time to make your look all about the hair with one of these quick-and-easy occasion-worthy hairstyles.
